| ATC
fills in details on the flight, such as runway
used, number of touch-&-goes, and then
commits that flight record to the log-book.
Another administration user can then add information
on passengers, freight etc at a later date.

As
well as providing ATC users with a chronological listing of
movement activities the database also automates other time
consuming administrative activities by creating an airfield
logbook, automatically cross-referencing and converting ICAO/IATA/CAA
codes and allowing speedy preparation of statistical movement
reports with data export capabilities. Special forms are provided
to allow entry of detailed movement statistical data after
the logbook entry has been completed.
Airfield Logbook
Logbook entry fields are locked once the flight is logged
as complete and a copy of the flight record is stored away
in a secure archive. |
