Through the normal AIMS workstation, users can view documents and image files stored elsewhere on the network without compromising system security. On-screen notepad areas can be edited directly by authorised users and used to store text notices and useful reference information. Unlike many other Intranet solutions NoteBoard's convenient, easy-to-use and secure front-end prohibits access to unauthorised files and other computer functions.
